Terms and Conditions
1. Registration & Payment
Registration for the SUSHP 2025 Conference is completed online. After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email including your invoice.
Payment is due immediately after registration via bank transfer or online payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizing team. The following cancellation terms apply to the conference registration, field trips, conference dinner, and city tour:
- Free of charge until 30 June 2025, minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee
- 50% of the total amount if cancelled up to one month prior to the conference
- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than one month before the event
3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within two weeks after the end of the conference.
4. Liability
Neither Columbus Reisen GmbH & Co KG nor BOKU University shall be held liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damages to property incurred by participants during the event.
In case of cancellation of the entire event by the organizer, for any reason, no reimbursement will be made for travel or accommodation costs.
5. Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
We strongly recommend purchasing a conference fee cancellation insurance.

6. Photos, Videos & Livestreaming
Photos and videos will be taken during the conference and all side events. These may be used by the organizers and sponsors for publication purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, websites, and promotional materials.
The conference will be held as a hybrid event and sessions will be live streamed. By registering, participants acknowledge that parts of the event may be recorded or broadcast live.
By registering for the event, participants agree to the use of such material.
7. Event Communication
By registering for the conference, participants agree to receive event-related communication via email (e.g. updates, logistical details, reminders).
